Turn every click into proof you can trust

Clickwrap that doesn't stop at the checkbox. Chamelio records every “I agree” with proof that holds up, then sends it straight into your contracts, workflows and CRM.

Legal writes it. Your app shows it. Chamelio remembers it.

Legal
01.

Publish a version

Write or load your terms from an existing template. Publish, and that version is locked. The old one is archived automatically.

Developers
02.

Embed once

Drop in the SDK and keep your own design. Your app always pulls the live version, so future updates need zero code.

Your user
03.

They click

Chamelio records who, when, where from and exactly which version they saw. Every time.

It goes to work

A PDF certificate lands in your repository, a webhook fires and any waiting workflow moves on.

Change the terms without filing a ticket.

Legal owns the content, the versions and the evidence. Engineering never touches a clause again.

Versions nobody can quietly edit

Once a version is published, its text is frozen. New wording means a new version, so you can always prove exactly what each user accepted. Only one version is live at a time.

Evidence on demand

Search and filter every acceptance by agreement, version, user or event type. Export it when someone asks.

A PDF for every click

Each acceptance becomes a PDF of the agreement plus a signing certificate, saved alongside your other contracts.

Start from what you have

Load terms from your existing Chamelio templates instead of pasting them in from Word.

Clickwrap inside a Flow

Add a Clickwrap step to any workflow. Chamelio emails the recipient a link, waits for the click, then carries on.

Two questions decide enforceability. We answer both.

Every acceptance links a person to the exact locked text they saw. That's the record ESIGN looks for.

Who clicked

User ID, timestamp, IP address and browser, tied to one event.

What they saw

The exact version, frozen the moment it went live.

Most clickwraps end at the click. Ours is where things start.

Clickwrap runs on its own. Run it alongside the rest of Chamelio and every acceptance becomes part of what your legal team already knows.

Repository

Certificates land next to your contracts, searchable like every other agreement.

Workflows

Request acceptance mid-Flow and pass the certificate to the next step.

Salesforce

Turn an acceptance into a contract record on the right account, with the PDF attached.

Webhooks + API

Send every acceptance anywhere else your business runs.

The fine print, in plain English.

01.

No. Clickwrap works on its own. If you also run contracts or workflows in Chamelio, acceptances land in the same place as everything else.

02.

Nope. We handle the logic, you own the look. Build the checkbox or modal in your own product, in your own style, and Chamelio works quietly behind it.

03.

Publish the new version and you’re done. Anyone who accepted the old one is asked again the next time your product checks, with no code changes and no chasing. Every earlier version stays on record. And if a tweak doesn’t need everyone to re-accept, you can let earlier acceptances count.

04.

You’ll have the receipts. Every acceptance records who accepted, which exact version, when, and from what IP address. Search it, export it, or download a PDF of each one. (Whether a record is enough in any given dispute depends on your jurisdiction, so loop in your counsel.)

Every "I agree" should end up somewhere useful.

See how Chamelio Clickwrap captures the click, proves it and puts it to work. Your users won't notice a thing. Your auditors will.
