Notion

Start legal requests from a Notion database, and keep the page updated as the request moves.

Connect Notion to Chamelio through the Chamelio API. A Notion item starts a legal request, and Chamelio’s events update the page as it progresses, so teams that run their work in Notion see where legal stands without opening another tool.

What you can do

  • Start a request from a Notion page. A new or updated item in a Notion database starts a Chamelio workflow with its details filled in.
  • Keep the status current. Chamelio’s events fire when the task is created, moves between steps, completes, or is canceled, and the Notion page’s properties are updated to match.
  • Trace the page back to the request. The Notion page ID is stored on the task, so either side can be looked up from the other.
  • Get the result back. When the request finishes, the signed document is retrieved from Chamelio and recorded on the page.

Best for: Teams that run intake and projects in Notion and want legal review tracked in the same place.
